Eric and his team helped me and my fiancé purchase our first home. What started as a plan quickly turned into action from start to finish the second we took off looking at homes. Eric kept in constant communication with me and my fiancé and helped us understand the entirety of purchasing our home. He spent countless hours of his personal time helping us, making sure we got the best rates and did what was the smartest move for us. As first time homebuyers, we did not know much of what to expect or what would come out of this purchase. Eric made us feel very informed so that every decision we made we knew was the right one for us. I could not recommend this team more. Crista in underwriting was fabulous. She made clear expectations for all documents and helped if needed when uploading. Overall, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric and his team. I will absolutely use them again, should we find ourselves purchasing another home. You will not be disappointed if you use this team!
