We asked 4 bathroom contractors for quotes. One price was ridiculously high (paying for the name), one was ridiculously low (expect problems and quality issues), one only priced a portion of the scope (expect variations). Only Blue Ribbon priced the full scope at a reasonable price. Shannon (the Owner) followed up with a meeting to explain the quote so that we knew exactly what he was providing and what we were to provide.We checked his reviews and all 5 star.Shannon is very hands on and has a select group of trades who work for him. The management and coordination of up to 15 different trades/suppliers is not easy. Shannon blitzed it.Everything went smoothly and Shannon made sure we were continually kept up to date with progress.The cleanliness, quality and workmanship was exceptional. The trades he uses pride themselves on providing a quality finish and they were keen to provide advice on how the layout could be improved.To name just a few trades. Todd the carpenter, D’Artagnon from Darben Tiling, Jonathon from InSync Electrical, Josh from Waterboys Plumbing and Chloe who did the final clean and polish. Shannon was fabulous from the get go… starting with his detailed quotation, which covers everything, all the way through the process. His team are highly professional, friendly, trustworthy and cleaned up every day before they left, I didn’t have to lift a vacuum. The end result was amazing and I couldn’t be happier.
