My garage door opener stopped working. After a week of manually lifting and closing a heavy garage door, I searched google for repair service and the Garage Goat had great reviews. I called and spoke to Cesar. During our discussion he initially thought that I needed a full garage door opener replacement which was not in my price range. Within 30 minutes of our call, Cesar was at my house and ran a full diagnostic. He concluded that I did not need to replace the opener it just needed some reprogramming and to have the rollers replaced. He had all the materials on hand and was able to have my garage door opener operating better than before it stopped working. Before it broke, it was a labored lift and noisy, now the garage door opens with ease and with little to no noise. I’m very grateful for Cesar being honest about what was needed and quickly resolving the issue.

It was wonderful to work with Cesar. He is very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond installing new garage opener and repairs. He checked everything making sure it was working properly. Very reasonable as well.

Very pleased with the response from Garage Goat because I reached out on Sunday afternoon. He responded quickly and then arrived to do the repairs by 1pm on Monday. The work was completed that same day and I found Cesar to be very pleasant and answered all my questions. Highly recommended business!

Had a great experience with Cesar. He was on his way to another job when I called, but said he could get to me next, even though we were outside his usual service area. He diagnosed our issue immediately, gave a very fair price, setup his workspace, and I think he was done within 45 minutes. I wish all service calls went this smoothly. Grateful for the GOAT!
