I have lived in this house (and Tucson) for just over three years and in that time I have had five-FIVE-different pool cleaners. (No, I am not a Karen, if you're thinking that). They just stopped coming by and when that happens in warm weather, you know you start growing horrible stuff and it stains and ruins the plaster.Anyway, I called Turtle Blue and a husband/wife duo came right on time. They assessed the pool and system, recommended a drain, chlorine was, and refill--and gave me a fair price. They stayed on contact with me and now my pool is sparling again just in time for summer.In addition, they use this great app that lets me know when they are on the way (perfect when you have dogs and a doggie door) and when they are done (and it includes pictures of what they performed. They even show me that they latched my gate.)Yes, this was a long review, but they deserve it.

We are very grateful with the work Ken and his wife has done. We got a full service, from installing our new pool pump, to changing out the sand, re-piping, getting rid of the algae and water hardness stains on the tile, and much more. Even after the project was done, we got a month’s worth of cleaning, including the chemicals. Our pool looks perfectly clean. They are honest, profesional, and very knowledgeable. We completely recommend if you are looking for the best quality work.

Turtle Blue pool care has been absolutely phenomenal! They brought our swim spa back to Pristine condition! Helped us obtain a new cover to replace the old one, while waiting for delivery they also provided a temp cover to keep the spa clean. Their prices are basically unbeatable. Once a week they come to check up on everything, cleaning, testing and making sure the water level is good. Very friendly, respectful, and always on time! They let us know when they are headed our way, when they leave and update with pictures. Communication is of utmost perfection. Bonus points because they became close friends with my dog and she gets so excited to see them each week. I highly recommend their services above all other pool services I have gone with in the past!

I’ve had a great experience with this company. They replaced my pool filter and are currently handling an acid wash, and everything has been done professionally and on time. Ken and Francci are exeptional fair and do great work. My tile was really bad bleadinf color into the pool and my pool deck was cracked and worn out. They cleaned all the tile Calcium drained the pool. Cleaned the plaster and fixed all the pool deck cracks and did 2 coats of pool deck my pool looks brand new. Can't thank them enough for the honest work and the quality.
