In a panic I called Ken for the first time not knowing how quickly he would respond. My pool skimmer basket was sucked dry,air got into the pump and I thought I had ruined it. Luckily Ken came over right away to trouble shoot the problem. That day I became a weekly customer. He was also able to check the sand in my filter (after my previous company had failed to be able to get the filter top open) and had the supplies to replace the sand at my house within a few hours. I am extremely happy and relieved to know my pool is now in good hands ! Thanks Ken !😊

Ken came out the same day that we had an issue with our pool crawler and had us up and running in like 10 minutes. He even fixed another problem we didn’t know we had with the pump pressure. Super friendly, explained everything to us, fast service, very knowledgeable and didn’t rake us over the coals price-wise. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best, I own a rental property and live out of state it’s really nice having a company that notifies me and I get full weekly report with the service visit. Top notch service with the reliability I have been looking for, after years of poor service from other pool companies

We’ve been using Turtle Blue Pool Care for our weekly pool service and have been very happy with them. Recently our pool pump failed, and they were able to diagnose the problem and get the equipment repaired quickly. They’re reliable, knowledgeable, and always keep our pool looking great. It’s nice having one company that can handle both the weekly maintenance and equipment repairs when something goes wrong. Highly recommend Turtle Blue Pool Care!

I was selling my house at a sizeable discount cause my pool and surrounding area was a wreck. Ken suggested rehabbing the pool and hiring a landscaper(he had a friend) to just clean up a little bit. I took his advice and I'm so glad I did. Almost makes me not want to sell anymore but I'm sure I'll get a higher asking price now that the pool is sparkling. Thanks Ken! My neighbors will be calling

They communicate well and are very responsive while going above and beyond to try and take care of their pool owners needs when both maintaining a pool and responding quickly to issues that arise out of the blue.

Ken at Turtle Blue did an amazing job with my pool! It was dark green and looked beyond saving when he started, and now it’s crystal clear. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. When my old sand filter failed, he also helped get a new filter installed quickly so we could get everything back on track.I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend Turtle Blue to anyone looking for reliable pool service. Do not hesitate to reach out to Turtle Blue for your pool services! We “inherited” a different company when we bought our house, and just felt ignored and dismissed when we’d bring up concerns and questions. So we decided to reach out to some other companies- and I’m glad we did! Ken and Franki are hard working, knowledgeable, personable, and communicative- delivering top notch services. They are patient and it feels like they care- they really went above and beyond. And on top of their excellent customer service, they have really fair pricing. Their integrity sets them apart and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Just make the call- they are a fantastic company to work with!

Ken has been servicing 2 of my air bnb properties and it has been great always there when we have an issue. The weekly service is night and day difference the system they use tells me when he’s on the way and after the service is complete i get a complete service email with pictures and chemical readings. I highly recommend turtle blue pool care for everyone looking for honest and reliable pool service.

Ken and Franki at Turtle Blue Pool Care did an amazing job acid washing our pool and cleaning the tile. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies we looked at, and they were extremely informative throughout the entire process. As someone who enjoys DIY projects, I really appreciated that they took the time to let me watch and explain everything step by step. It turned into a great learning experience while still getting professional-quality results. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work.Highly recommend Turtle Blue Pool Care if you want honest, reliable service and a pool that looks brand new again!

I have lived in this house (and Tucson) for just over three years and in that time I have had five-FIVE-different pool cleaners. (No, I am not a Karen, if you're thinking that). They just stopped coming by and when that happens in warm weather, you know you start growing horrible stuff and it stains and ruins the plaster.Anyway, I called Turtle Blue and a husband/wife duo came right on time. They assessed the pool and system, recommended a drain, chlorine was, and refill--and gave me a fair price. They stayed on contact with me and now my pool is sparling again just in time for summer. In addition, they use this great app that lets me know when they are on the way (perfect when you have dogs and a doggie door) and when they are done (and it includes pictures of what they performed. They even show me that they latched my gate.)Yes, this was a long review, but they deserve it.

Called for urgent need of a green to clean service for our new pool and Ken showed up same day and was very thorough explaining all of the steps and maintenance of the pool. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about turtle blue. My pool was a wreck and couldn’t keep it clean after hiring 2 other pool companies I was tired of it. A close friend recommended Ken with turtle blue and I’m thankful my kids and dogs are enjoying our pool I highly recommend them.

They have to be the most fair and honest price point for being way out in Corona/ Vail area! They have brought my pool back to life and are completely honest and upfront about everything! If anyone out in the area is tired of being price gouged or charged per chemical, Turtle Blue is the winning choice!
