I called contacted Zoom Electric and two other services, one evening, to address a partial power. Roman got back to me within minutes. The next day he was at my house to investigate the issue. It turned out to be very complex and a safety hazard. Roman and his crew thoroughly investigated, identified the root cause, and gave me several options to address it. They fixed the issue quickly and did some additional work. I am extremely happy with their service and they would be my first choice for any other electric projects.
