Great service from Kain, from start to finish.I asked a few companies for quotes and Kain was the only one to offer a quote after inspecting the roof and not relying on photographs, responding to my initial enquiry right away. He didn’t push me into anything more than I needed right now and because of that, I would ask him back to do the whole roof when the budget allows (I had a flat roof above my bay windows replaced and a repair on my main roof).After initial contact, Kain inspected my roof and organised a date for the repair work to be carried out and sorted out scaffolding etc. all went well, dates and times were stuck to and a friendly service.Would recommend to family and friends needing roof work in the local area (Swanage).

Kain is very professional and explained where the previous roofing company had failed. He went into our loft space to inspect chimneys, something no other company did. He souced terracotta pots from salvage companies as our house is Victorian with ornate chimneys. Once the scaffolding was up, he came the following day and started on the work with another guy. He showed us both before and after pictures of the job. He left our site clean and tidy and the scaffolding came down a couple of days later. Can highly recommend

From the very first contact, the experience was excellent. They came out the very next day to assess the job, gave us two clear options that worked within our budget, and at no point did we feel any pressure to commit.
