Very friendly and informative staff, trainers, members and management! Very different to many previously experienced training methods/group fitness classe. I have played professional sport there is nothing quite like lean suits kicks my ass every time in the best possible way. Classes are so much fun and left me feeling better than I have in years. Wow! This place is a game changer. You will not have trained like this before. Now being in my 40s the standard gym just wasn’t for me but still enjoyed my fitness and past injuries were a hindrance. Fast forward 8 months and I’m excited to get to the gym and work on a strength and mobility and loving the increased range of movement! Thanks Chris, Todd, Nathan and Lauren at Primal!PS - Do yourself a favor and hit the cold plunge. You won’t regret it.

Do not come here to pick daisies. This is the place that will take you to the next level. It’s not easy. It’s actually hard as you can imagine but the results are Unrivalled. The trainer is very professional and adjusts programs to suit all individuals. I can’t wait to go back and will be recommending To all my friends. Bring back the 1kg pinks weights I have a few mates I want to see struggle to lift them 😂

I’m a mum with two kids in my 40’s a busy life, a busy job and although loved exercising most of my life with sports or gym before kids had been slow to return. Lean suits and Chris helped me make that transition. These suits are incredible, they really make sure your are working every muscle no matter your technique. They are low impact so that you get less injured and they are addictive. Now I’m regularly going to the gym again and I know every workout although short is maximising the absolute potential I can get out of a session. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Joining LeanSuits has been the best decision I've made for my personal fitness. As a time poor 9-5 worker, the fact that I can condense around 8 hours of gym time into just 60 minutes per week is amazing. The small size classes are great as the coach can closely monitor and correct form during each session. The personalised and targeted nature of the workouts has made a big difference in my fitness journey.
