Joining 4F Coaching changed my relationship with fitness and my body in ways I never expected. I usually don’t write long reviews, but my experience here has been meaningful enough that it felt worth sharing.I joined about 1.5 years postpartum when my body felt completely unfamiliar to me. I was dealing with a lot of pain, inflammation, and fatigue and wasn’t getting many answers from doctors beyond “you just had a baby.” Later, when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and chronic inflammation, I knew I needed to find a sustainable way to take care of my health.I’ve been a member of big gyms before, but I rarely stayed consistent. I often felt intimidated using equipment and stuck to cardio because I was always chasing being “skinny,” not strong.What drew me to 4F Coaching was their small group personal training model and their focus on strength, education, and helping people feel confident in their bodies. As someone who spends a lot of time professionally thinking about how the body and mind work together, I was especially drawn to their emphasis on education and sustainable strength—not quick fixes.From my first session, I noticed how supportive the environment was. Everyone trains at their own level, and the coaches tailor exercises so you feel challenged but safe in your body.My original plan was to attend for a few months, learn the equipment, and eventually work out on my own. Instead, I just hit two years as a member and have actually increased the number of personal training sessions I attend each week.Because of the coaches at 4F, I’m now doing strength training progressions I never imagined myself capable of. They’ve worked with me through injuries, encouraged me when things felt hard, and helped me rebuild trust in my body.The community there is something special. I’ve laughed a lot, made friendships, and there were even times when showing up to 4F was the most consistent and grounding part of my week when everything else felt chaotic.No matter how stressful my day starts (especially with a toddler), I always leave feeling stronger physically and clearer mentally.4F Coaching completely shifted how I think about fitness. Instead of chasing weight loss, I’ve learned to focus on strength, capability, and taking care of my body long-term. What started as a place to work out has become something much bigger for me—it’s where I’ve rebuilt confidence and trust in my body again.I’m incredibly grateful to the 4F coaches for creating an environment where people can rebuild strength and confidence at their own pace. If you’re someone who feels intimidated by big gyms or wants knowledgeable coaching in a supportive small-group environment, I truly can’t recommend 4F Coaching enough.
