We needed a new roof…we had some minor leaks and knew when we bought our house that a new one was in our future. I reached out for 3 quotes. One company never even responded. Another was in the ball park with J&J. They offered to match the quote without me having to ask. They helped us decide on materials and colors to match our brick. They made it easy for us. They did the hard work. Back breaking in August. Then we asked them to fix things that couldn’t be seen before they removed the 3 layers of old shingles. They went above and beyond. Clayton was wonderful to work with. Extremely polite and very organized. Clayton kept us up to date with every step of communication with insurance company. He went the extra mile when we needed extra photos of our roof, he took care of that the same day or following day. There price is much lower than other contractors that I had come out to give us a quote.

I contacted J&J about our roof and did my due diligence by getting three quotes. Jasmine made it clear they would be the best contractor, with the best service and would price match to prove it. She wasn't wrong. Their quote was in line with others, but her knowledge and confidence in her crew sealed the deal. It was all business with the crew, they knew their job and quality came first. They found unexpected issues which we anticipated and it did not delay installation. Her crew is professional, driven, hardworking and know what they are doing. It was like a well-oiled machine and everyone knew their job. Not only do I highly recommend them - I will be using them again.
