I scheduled a new patient visit to address issues I have been having. There was some paperwork and I called to get help with a question on the paperwork that I didn’t understand. The receptionist placed me on hold but because it was a long hold my break ended at work. While on hold I searched google and figured out how to answer the question. When the receptionist came back to the phone I told her I didn’t need help anymore and the day before my appointment a different receptionist told me that I had canceled my appointment. When I said I don’t need help anymore, it was help for the initial call I placed for filling out the paperwork. It was disappointing but in time I just looked at it as maybe I should just help myself. They did offer me a place the next day or the following Monday but I was frustrated and close to just giving up on searching for help outside myself so I declined the reschedule. The experience was not promising that I can trust this practice to help me heal.

I've been seeing Dr. Emeruem for several years now. She is always kind and ready to lend an ear at our sessions. We've been working through a lot, and I've never once felt judged or rushed by her. I can't recommend her enough.

I've been with Dr. Emeruem for years now and she's honestly the best, most caring, kind, and wonderful person I've ever encountered. I adore her to pieces. The other doctors here, Dr. Ada and Dr. Ejike are also absolutely wonderful. I will go no where else for my needs because I am so well taken care of here. My depression has finally gotten to a point where I can live my life instead of just wasting away and it's all thanks to this caring team of humans.
