About a month ago, I had an amazing hypnosis session with Jeff! He was very professional and comforting. I hadn’t had much experience with hypnosis prior to this. I had some concerns that I would unintentionally resist hypnosis, and he knew exactly how to explain the simplicity of being hypnotized, which I was grateful for and it was very helpful for me. I discovered some amazing things about myself and why I had been stuck in certain stories. Since my session, I have had incredible moments of realization and have felt much more in-line with my inner self. I’ve also been able to notice more of the shadowy parts of myself without self-judgement. The purpose of noticing the shadowy parts has been to let them go or lovingly learn from them. I’ve also had some beautiful and powerful synchronicities occur since my session. I don't know where to start and where to end! It was an absolute amazing experience from the first second I met Jeff online until my QHHT session in person. I felt supported, guided and all my questions and concerns have always been answered in a kind, loving and mindful manner. This is the kind of support one looks when trying to better themselves through a certain technique. You want someone that will work with you and cheer you all the way on your new path, and Jeff is that person. Jeff has a lot of knowledge in NLP, QHHT, Reiki, BQH etc. and you can tell by only talking to him that he is a knowledgeable person that is not going to brush over your issues and will go to the root cause and through hypnosis remove it or fix, or whatever needs to be done it will be done at a deeper level than any psychotherapy will ever be able to do. Psychotherapy compared to Hypnosis Therapy is like washing the exterior of the body, but not fasting to detox your body completely. Medication is just a band-aid if the root cause of an illness is not eradicated or fixed or even properly diagnosed. I did the therapy 3 days ago and I am feeling a million times better than the day I went to him when I was an absolute mess. I feel that I have more clarity and better view on how to deal with my day to day life. I had an accident 10 months ago and injured my back so, I've been suffering with the back pain for all these months, yet now it has improved significantly. I can tell my body is in healing mode. If you are in tune with your body, you know when change is happening in your own body. Even my fibro pain is not as bad as it was, especially today when the weather is crazy and it snows, I would normally be soaking in epsom salt and barely walking around the house. I can feel stiffness and a bit of pain, yet nothing compared to a week ago or a month ago or a year ago. Even my Bruxism improved, my jaw is not in pain from clenching it through the night and grinding my teeth in my sleep. Is Jeff the Holy Grail for your mental and physical illness, or overall well being in your Life? Well, he sure is as close as you can get to that :) or at least for me that is what Jeff is.
