We highly recommend Carlos from CAA who undertook a large carpentry package for us as part of the renovation of our Federation home. His scope included the framing, insulation and sheeting of timber stud walls, re-laying and repairing timber floors, removing and replacing skirtings, hanging doors and hardware and the installation of wainscotting. All executed to a high level of skill. Carlos is a gentleman and very accommodating of our changing schedule. The guys who work with him are very polite and skilled chippies themselves. It was a very positive experience working with Carlos and we will do so again in the future.

Great guy, good planning and on time for quote and initial work. Workmanship is good too and great ideas too.however, if you have rectification work, all the best. I have been trying him to come back for months and have had no luck and no calls returned either. I guess they are really busy.

We had wainscoting installed by Carlos from CAA Carpentry. Our job was delayed due to other trades and Carlos remained very patient while staying in touch. When the time came, Carlos dived straight into it. He maintained good communication keeping me up to speed as the project progressed. He worked with utmost professionalism and delivered unbelievable quality and in good time.We are so happy with the finished product and now feel like our home is complete. From Quotation to Completion and Clean-up, Carlos and his team were excellent. We required installation of skirting boards and architraves to our apartment. During the quotation, Carlos broadened our thoughts on design which resulted in a far better effect at the end. The quotation was competitive.Day 1 of the 3 day project Carlos and 2 of his team members were punctual, clean, courteous and professional. We noticed they took pride in their work and were keen to show us their work at various stages. This allowed us to make incremental improvements along the way to perfect the end result. Carlos modified a recycled steel storage cabinet for us, adding a beautiful acacia top and wood panels on the doors. He helped pick out the colour to compliment our other furniture and we are delighted with the finished result.The work was done very efficiently and to a very high standard. Carlos worked on our house last year replacing the carport roof, installing a handrail and roof on the front porch, remodeling some kitchen cupboards and pantry as well as replacing a large deck around the pool and installing a new access stairway. His work was carefully carried out and he was thoughtful, considerate and generally a pleasure to have around the home. He has a great personality and I would happily recommend him and his work.
