3/5The Good:Flexible last-minute service and stayed well past closing, which I appreciated. Basic vacuuming and wiping were decent.The Bad:Missed several areas (headliner stain, between seats/console, emergency brake, cleaner residue) that required bringing the car back.The Ugly:Skipped the back mat entirely, claiming he “ran out of a custom expensive chemical.”Told a random story about detailing George Clooney’s dad’s car (with Clooney on FaceTime) right before payment — came across as a clear tip-baiting tactic.Overall: Wouldn’t recommend at this price point ($212 for interior only before tip). The flexibility was nice, but the execution and professionalism fell short.

Dwight is awesome. I got my car detailed before selling it. He was able to fully detail the interior to tip-top condition, remove my bumper stickers, and really give it that new-car shine. I was able to get appropriate Blue Book value for the vehicle, and heard some great stories from Dwight too!

Dwight has a great operation here. Scheduling was simple and he returned a detailed quote to me quickly. The quality of the ceramic coating he applied to my vehicle was superb and he took time to explain not only his work process, but also simple steps that I can take at home to ensure the coating lasts for years. He was even nice enough to drop me off and pick me up at home. I'd highly recommend his business to anyone looking for detailing services in the Cincinnati area.
