The quality of the meat was outstanding, beautifully seasoned, and prepared exactly as ordered. You can immediately tell that great care goes into sourcing and preparing their steaks.The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about creating a great dining experience. Service was flawless from start to finish.The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with a stylish atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. Even the restrooms deserve a mention—fully automated, immaculate, and unlike anything you'd expect to find in a steakhouse.A standout feature is their on-site butchery, offering premium cuts of meat and fresh vegetables, which speaks volumes about their commitment to quality. They also have a private VIP room, making it a perfect venue for celebrations, business dinners, or special occasions.Bangkok Bob's has raised the bar for steakhouses in Phuket. Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised 🥰 the meat was cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth!The manager Eddie is super educated with the products and dishes and walked us through everything and gave us a mini tour ! Such a great help definitely needs a raise !

Came for Sunday Brunch. Very good value and service was good too. Tee took good care of us. Love the Butchery which had good cuts of meat, sausages, burger patties, imported parsley, and other assorted vegetable. All priced reasonably and would be a great place to do your meat shopping. Great addition to Phuket.

We had the most amazing steaks we’ve ever had! We chose the picanha from the cold room and the chef cooked it perfectly. Eddie and his team were amazing and really made the night special. This is the best steak spot in Phuket.

I’ve eaten steak here 2–3 times food tastes good maybe not the absolute best but the service is excellent. The young man was able to answer all of our questions, and he even speaks French as well I’m not actually sure what his position is because I saw him doing everything lol.

"Bangkok Bob" is the founder of Choice Foods, one of Thailand's first upmarket meat importers, and this is his retail outlet in Phuket. Food was well prepared and presented, and prices are mid range. Great burger, and fresh crispy salad. Staff was very friendly and trying, but could benefit from a bit more training. Nice lunch.
