I just HAD to share this experience from a title guy/settlement agent perspective. Amanda Kindler and her whole team just went absolutely above and beyond the bounds of superior service on behalf of their buyer. They got from contract to closing with a contingent purchase in less than 9 days. What stood out to me, as a professional who works with lenders everyday, is the manner in which they engaged us as part of the team, not just a vendor. I promise you that makes all the difference. I called in every favor I could and got title, lien search, survey, lien waivers, and title curative docs done in tandem with their amazingly efficient underwriting and I got the file a day after they did! Never once did I feel pushed, pressured, or like my effort wasn't seen as valuable. They didn't try to schedule my time - they asked. In this business we all have our roles to play, and each one is as valuable and important to the successful transaction as any other. That, in this case, was absolutely my experience. Every communication was timely, responsive, and came from the perspective of working toward a mutual goal and everyone valuing everyone else's contribution. I hope to be able to work with this team again and often. At the end of the day, one happy buyer walked out of my office as a new homeowner and despite the hustle and hassle, the team made it look like no big deal. Truly exceptional service.

Cat is the most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with. She has a total lack of communication and customer service skills. She is one sided,and fails to read or do any research of her own. When you call her out on it,she will text you some extremely rude text. All of which,I have picture proof of. She is dishonest and made this whole experience horrible for me and my husband. I even left a voice mail asking to be connected to a different loan officer and no one ever got back to me. This whole thing has been horrible and im so glad we backed out when we did.
