Kelly was absolutely amazing to work with! She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process—often answering questions on nights and weekends and helping us with things on very short notice. She always took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood exactly what to expect.Kelly and her entire team were wonderful. Everyone was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the lending process feel incredibly easy and stress-free. Beyond being great at what she does, Kelly is genuinely kind and clearly cares about her clients. She even came to our closing to make sure everything went perfectly, which meant so much to us.We could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Kelly and her team to anyone looking for a loan officer!

Very unique and SPECIAL group of pros here! They helped me by securing a mortgage and did a TON of running around for me including personally nagging me when I needed it as they got the job done with very little effort on my part. I felt secure every step of the way that this capable team had me covered! Highly recommend First Coast MTG!
