These gentlemen came out on Christmas Eve and installed a new patio door. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism in doing this job. We have a manufacturered home so we weren't sure what they were gonna run into. They handled it with ease. I'm so happy with my new door and would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Overall, I can not say enough about how great this company was to work with. The quality of the product seems great too BUT the real test will be when winter hits in a few months and that was the reason for replacing my windows in the 1st place. Fingers crossed.

The initial visit with the sales person was very pleasant, no pressure. No sales tactics like 50% off installation, or 2 free windows, etc. Just reasonable pricing and a great quality product. Installation took a little longer than expected, but the technicians were able to complete the job in one day as promised. You can slide these windows from side to side, or up and down with one hand. Extremely well made and heavy if you pop them out. They also come with child safety latches if you have small children around. We are a repeat customer, having had all the windows replaced at our previous house 10 plus years ago. Not a single issue with these older windows. Should something happen and a pane gets cracked, each window has a unique tag with a number on it, and all you have to do is call the company and they can replace it with a window the exact same dimensions. Can't say enough good things about this small company. Have had some bad experiences with some of the larger window replacement companies that you see advertised on local TV.

We'd had 13 windows replaced in an older home which means that the windows were custom made. The crew that did the installation were professional,friendly, and took the time to explain the window operation.All windows were installed a little over a day.all in all a very good experience.Highly recommend. The pricing was good also far below other contractors in my area.

Highly recommend Custom Window Plus. They did our cottage up north and the new windows are beautiful. Faith was wonderfully helpful every step of the way and in close communication with me. Their installers did a great job and the entire house took only 2 days. Will definitely use them again for our next patio door project.

I was very pleased from the very beginning when they came to give us a quote to the very end of replacing the windows. I had a total of 5 companies come to give quotes. Window World Plus was very professional and easiest to work with and didn't try discrediting the other companies but stuck to what they can do for me, I liked that. It was only 4 weeks to get them installed. We had 10 windows replaced. They had all the old windows removed, the new ones inserted, and did an demo and explained how the windows worked all within 4 hours. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

We had 7 regular windows, big bay window and a patio door installed. They did an amazing job! They were installed everything quickly and with ease and they were very kind and had great customer service. Everyone we talked with from estimate to install were fantastic and very professional. They showed me how to raise and lower the patio door in case it begins catching and they were very quick when responding to my questions and concerns! They are very reasonably priced as well! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to get their windows done.

Really happy with the warranty work we had done. I sent in some pictures, and 3 weeks later Todd and his team came to replace the window. The job was finished after less than 30 minutes.

There rep. came to our home 3 1/2 hrs. from Gillette, Wi. He was well educated, answered our questions, and they even had a plan to pay in one yr. with no interest. The windows are great, easily opened, washed ,no leaks.
