When we started touring houses we noticed how knowledgeable Nick is and all of the advices he had were a key factor in our search and decision making. He would check in with me regularly and update me on houses he located that fit my needs. He also set up a portal for me so I could review these houses on my own, when time permitted. He even worked with my friend who lives in Dallas and showed her several potential houses for me as well as offered to go scope houses out for me and take pictures, videos, etc for me. Nick was instrumental in me finding a house to rent in Dallas and he helped make a very stressful time for me much easier!
