Naturally, I was very concerned about getting the situation resolved as quickly as possible.I searched for a reputable electrical company and contacted E-Care Electrical Services. When I explained the situation to Syed and David, they came to her home very quickly. They carefully assessed the situation, identified the root cause of the problem, explained the solution clearly, and provided us with a reasonable estimate of both the cost and the time required to complete the work.Part of the repair required assistance from Toronto Hydro. Syed and David were extremely diligent, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in completing everything on their end to get the issue resolved.Unfortunately, Toronto Hydro did not arrive until approximately 4½ hours after they were called. Throughout that entire wait, Syed and David remained patient and committed to making sure my mother-in-law was safe and comfortable.What really stood out to me was that they didn't simply wait around. Knowing how hot the house was and that my mother-in-law needed a fan to breathe comfortably, Syed and David went out and got a generator so she could at least run her fan while we waited for Toronto Hydro.That level of care and compassion is extremely rare.Syed and David are not only two amazing professionals; they are two genuinely amazing human beings. They went far beyond what was required of them, sacrificed several hours of their own time, and stayed because they cared about their customer and wanted to make sure my mother-in-law was comfortable.They were knowledgeable, honest, professional, responsive, and incredibly compassionate.
