Excellent experience. Everyone at Ramona was great to work with but would like to give a big shout out to Stephanie. She was extremely helpful and accommodating from my first viewing of the home to the application process and ultimately through lease signing, picking up keys and initial inspections. She continuously updated me on the status of the process and was extremely professional and personable. While no fault of Stephanie (and she worked with me to accommodate the travel distance and my work schedule) I would suggest that Ramona Property Manager's re-visit some of their outdated procedures. For example, the applicant should have the ability to pay the $50 application fee on-line- or electronically over the phone. I would even go further and suggest that the company look at allowing the deposit and first month rent to be paid on-line as well through the tenant portal. The portal provides the opportunity to pay all future rental payments on-line. Why not the deposit and the first month? The cost and hassle for a tenant to get a certified check seems crazy when electronic payments are just as good, if not better (and faster).On a different subject, I would like to commend the entire Ramona Property Manager Team for their quick responses, follow up and resolution to property questions and maintenance items. I was very impressed. All in all, a great experience for a stressful situation - moving. Thanks to all.

I want to start off by saying thank you to RPM for being super professional, informational, interpersonal, and communicative throughout our entire process – from our initial inquiry, application process, and finalizing our lease. I want to especially recognize Stephanie Cano for the outstanding professionalism, care, organization, and diligence she provided while interacting with us. As a young family trying to find independence and our own place to call home, we were fortunate enough to come across their listing. Upon moving in, I could say that the management team are real professionals when it comes to the job that they do. Everything from maintenance requests to paying rent has been made simple and super accessible to their tenants. In addition, their staff members are very accessible to you during operating hours which is very comforting. By far the best professional experience I’ve ever encountered, Stephanie specifically made us feel like we had an equal opportunity as all other applicants. If you are prepared and diligent with your documents, the application process is fairly simple. My only suggestion to give is that I hope one day RPM can utilize the Zillow credit building program so that their tenants can build credit as they pay rent. Otherwise, I only have good things to say about this management team and their properties. Thank you again RPM, for helping me and my family find a place to call home.
