Shelly Heating where do I even BEGIN!! (If I could give ONE HUNDRED stars I would)!I will SCREAM SHELLY HEATING from the ROOFTOPS for all your equipment and servicing needs!!Let’s start from the beginning: about 3:25 am on Sunday morning I’m waking up to start work.. well that was until I heard water rushing through the pipes, nobody else is up.. something’s wrong. Look in basement… flooded and rising… go down.. it’s coming from the furnace…345 am (not even really realizing the time as I’m in shock and panic) I reach out to Shelly Heating. Lauren answers and was polite and calming. Said give me just a few hours and I’ll get back to you.By 6:45 she was back on the phone with me… I told her what I was told I was potentially looking at for a cost.. she said absolutely not!! We’ll get you quoted AND UP AND RUNNING BY Tuesday.Lauren spoke with me all day (which truly makes a HUGE difference when dealing with something like this) and then Shawn came by on his BIRTHDAY on a Sunday at that, to get pictures and info so they could order the correct item.I was given a general estimate which was right at what Lauren thought it would be.. and agreed the final estimate would arrive Monday morning as soon they priced out everything… all the while I’m stressing, figuring finances, and Lauren was supportive the ENTIRE time telling me not to worry, we got this!!Fast forward to Monday (just yesterday) by 9 am, Lauren called me to inform me that they came right in under what they quoted, that Shawn and J would be here today at 9, and the boiler would arrive by ten. Lastly, she explained they’d be done by about 3/4, the warranties, payment for deposit, etc… and that was on top of any questions and regular conversation.Today, J and Shawn were here BEFORE 9, the furnace arrived a few minutes before 10, and they finished up right about 4.Shawn and J were highly professional, knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, and KIND!! They came in, did what they needed to do, and made sure everything was perfect to our liking heat/hot water wise, and left the area neat in clean. They answered and questions and conversated when able. My husband pointed out the install was much nicer and neater than the previous one we had (which was here when we bought)It truly makes a difference when a company- and EVERY part of that company not only cares about what they do, but actually care about their customers and show it!Within 2 days they have us back up and running!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shelly Heating and will tell anyone and everyone I know!!I have to send a million thank yous to Lauren, Shawn, and J!! You guys are truly and genuinely good people… you truly deserve every good word and review given!!Picture of cracks in old furnace and NEW furnace that was installed.Within two days the fire department lieutenant was here to inspect and sign off to close permits.Shelly heating has since called to check in, make sure everything is working properly, and warranty their work along with the equipment. I highly recommend using these guys… you will NOT be disappointed! Less
