I called with concerns with my mom's boiler/thermostat issues and they where GREAT with informing me this wasn't a Hvac problem on the phone which saved us money, and gave me steps to take for my issues. This is what you call great customer service. I would definitely be calling in the future if I have any issues.

I called Shelly Heating and they made every effort to fit me in when I called to look at my oil heater. Turned out I needed a part to be replaced; they were back the next day to fix the issue. I will defiantly be using them for my yearly maintenance and repairs in the future.

I'd STAY AWAY from this company. I hired them to replace some duct work and confirmed the appointment twice. They didn't show up and didn't call to tell me, either. An hour after they were supposed to be here, they called to say that they couldn't pull a permit for this. I went and spoke with the town inspector and he said there is no issue pulling a permit, so Shelley Heating definitively lied to me.When I asked Shelley about this, they dodged the question and accused me of trying to change the scope of the work and then told me they have more important customers to take care of and that I am not a priority.They just wasted over a week of my time and now I need to find and schedule someone else to get this work done.

I recently came across Shelly Heating on a Facebook post for boiler cleaning. Made appt and they showed up on time and did a great job. Left jobsite clean and boiler seems to functioning great. I thought the price was great and service was outstanding! Looking forward to doing business in the future.
