Black Oak Remodeling did what they said they would do, at the price they said they would charge. When weather delayed things, I was informed proactively. My concern about most home construction is as the homeowner, you are at the mercy of the remodeling company. With Black Oak, it always felt collaborative and I was well informed every step. Highly recommend.

We recently had Black Oak Remodeling & Construction finish the basement in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Keenan and Tom took the lead on the project, along with some subcontractors, and they did a fantastic job. The project was completed within the original agreed-upon price, which we really appreciated.Our basement now has a full bar, scullery kitchen, family room, gym, additional guest bedroom, full bathroom, and a walk-in closet — all beautifully done. I had a 34 year old slightly neglected deck. I covered the nails that kept working up with rugs. I looked for contractors to replace the floor. Keenan’s company had 5 stars and a good bid. Their work was excellent! Completed the reflooring in 3 days I also had them repair the facing around the garage door. Great new look. I highly recommend them.
