I began at CrossFit Solus 6mos ago. I was so nervous to go out of my comfort zone at first, but from the minute I stepped foot into the gym I felt welcome. Everyone is so nice and supportive, and the coaches are top notch. They really care about you here, and you can FEEL it. Today, after only 5 months at the Box, I hit a PR that I didn’t think I would ever get. I’m not where I want to be, but I’m far from where I started. It’s a testament to CrossFit Solus and all the awesome coaches we have, that want to see you reach your full potential. It’s a testament to the athletes that become like a 2nd family and constantly encourage and motivate when you want to stop. The spirit of this gym is to be the healthiest version of YOU that you can be. I am NOT a natural athlete and fitness is a massive challenge for me physically and mentally. The people in my class, at this gym- THEY are the reason I keep coming back. I keep being inspired to show up and do my personal best even when it’s ugly and I don’t want to. The constant encouragement and genuine care from the coaches and classmates means I have have celebrated a 1 year anniversary at CrossFit Solus, and understand that this is now my healthy lifestyle choice.
