I’ve been training with Berni for just under 6 months, and now train at the FGC gym, and for a busy girl I can safely say it has been life changing. FGC truly is everything it says it is, and the gym itself has injected life back into going to the gym. Functional, clean, and just an amazing space to be and work out. The team at FGC really give a sh*t about you, whether it’s investing in your training, or simply saying hi and being a friendly face. Great training space filled with the highest quality gym equipment from brands like Rogue, Eleiko, Concept, Kabuki and Atlantis. Training with good kit in a large space makes a massive difference, especially when going back to a typical Commercial gym. They have also invested in great changing/toilet facilities and gym was spotless. Good parking underneath. Highly recommend.

I love everything that FGC stands for and the new location is the perfect extension of it all. There is so much space, all the essential equipment and more and everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it really is an incredible community. I've been training 1:1 with Lily for close to 6 months now and am really enjoying it. I’ve always been comfortable in the gym but having her guidance and accountability has given me that extra motivation to stay committed to my health and fitness journey.

Best gym ever!! I’ve never been to the gym as consistently as I have here. It is an amazing space with great equipment. The people and PT’s are so lovely - especially Meg :) and it is such a comfortable and safe space which can be hard to find in a gym.

Amazing gym with even better personal trainers. I have Berni who has helped me through my second and third trimester and I’m so grateful. The space is great and the machines are of high quality too. It’s really an ideal spot to train and I would recommend it to anyone!!

I never felt comfortable working out untill i started training at the FGC Gym. Working out with the same close community every week truly makes a profound impact on my motivation, my mental health and my outlook on fitness culture. I also love training with Meg! Warning before joining this gym: you may become inconveniently hot!!! I started training with Jess fresh out of hospital with pneumonia and the lung capacity of a small Victorian child. Fast forward and now I’m fitter, stronger, glowing, and life is honestly harder. People look at you more, I’ve had to buy an entire new wardrobe and my confidence is frankly getting out of hand. Tragic. 5 stars.

Kyle & Alysha have created an incredible training centre at Feel Good Collective in Roseville. It is light, airy (with fabulous industrial ceiling fans), top quality equipment with amazing coaches and a beautiful sense of community. Given the importance on strength training for bone density, I love training there!

Been with the FGC for about a year now and I could not praise the team more. Since starting with them my health and fitness has improved tenfold and I'm down just over 10kg. Their new gym has easily been the best gym I've ever worked out in - all the equipment is fresh, there's plenty of space, and it's a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

Beyond the training - Jess has helped introduce structure into my life, I now use a calendar, have a plan for my grocery shopping and food, and enjoy the weekly coffee sessions after training with a group of lovely gym goers !

The gym itself is amazing, very clean, state of the art equipment. Always feel cool and comfortable to train. But the best thing is working with Meg, my personal trainer, and the training program she provided. I have been more consistent with training and have been feeling stronger. She gave very detailed instructions in our sessions, for how to breath, the positions and what not to do etc.
