Gales did an amazing job detailing my suv. As a smoker, my car was filthy. Ashes were in unreachable places, and honestly the cleanup was beyond my control. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they exceeded any expectation. My car looks and smells brand new. I will no longer even smoke in it. My classic 87 Toyot 4Runner is my pride and joy and I take a great deal of pride in maintaining it well. I've been to 4 detailers previously and I felt like I had literally gotten scammed by each one. One of them left streaks all over my glass. Another still had mud in the wheel wells after I had specifically requested attention to the wheel wells, one of them left my carpets literally soaking wet. You could sop up water with towels and it took about a week of leaving the windows cracked to let the moisture vent so the interior glass wouldn't condensate and the last looked like they didn't even polish off the wax. There were cloudy circles all over my babe you could see from 20 paces. Gales is the place that finally did an amazing job and was more than what I had expected - and I expect a lot. They even got my paint shiny and I dont know how that's scientifically possible because it's the original 40 year old paint and hasnt been shiny since the Clinton administration. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. So impressed. There's nowhere else to take your car if you want it done right. Trust me I've been to all of them. Less

I took my Jeep Cherokee to Gales to have it detailed last week. I was able to get a loaner which added to the convenience. We have a Newfoundland who loves car rides. Unfortunately he sometimes drools and sheds his fur! When I picked the vehicle up it looked brand new and was as shiny as could be. I asked the manager if they could send me a reminder to come back in 6 months. It’s worth every penny. The workers really take pride in their work. Their driver hit something with my vehicle. First story I heard was someone hit my truck, which wasn’t the case. Minimal damage, but damaged. Was knocked out of alignment, needed running board. They did make it right; however it took multiple trips and several hours of my time. This was my experience, unfortunate, but true. Less
