A beast at times, but that equates to progress which I have seen within a good amount of time. Running was something I wanted to start doing again but my knees were hindering me. Lenka started coaching me in May this year. We had a consultation and she gave me some excellent advice. I've been training with Artem for just over 4 weeks now and I am really pleased with the improvements I have made. I was actually surprised because I was expecting to see improvements much later down the line. I've managed to drop around 7kg (with another 7 planned for the second half of my fitness plan) which I would not have been able to do without the fitness and diet regime that Artem designed for me. Prior to training with Artem I had no real experience with keeping myself in shape, Artem was really understanding of this and he was available on WhatsApp whenever I had questions about the lifestyle changes we were implementing. He even guided me through my supermarket shop to ensure that I was eating a realistic menu similar to what I have grown up eating (but obviously way healthier), this made my diet plan accessible and easy to stick to in the long term rather than fad diets that get tiresome and tedious. I went to Artem because I wanted to lose weight, but he also identified a need for me to work on my stamina and flexibility which I didn't consider initially but alongside the weight loss have helped me to feel way better than I did at the start of the plan. My only regret is that I didn't start training with him at the start of the lockdown, who knows what level of fitness I could have attained with a full 3 months of focus on it. Less

Since starting to work with him roughly 2 months ago, I have consistently set PR's pretty much every time I've set foot in the gym, so much so that some machines in the gym I have had to find ways to add more weight to as even at maximum resistance they are too light for me now. I received a comprehensive diet/training/supplementation plan that is always being adjusted as necessary. His training plans are tailored personally to me to balance my strengths/weaknesses, and the diet plan is flexible for my personal lifestyle and is made up of foods I enjoy but also that help achieve my goals.
