Luke is amazing! During our diagnostic visit, he was incredibly helpful in walking us through the issue of our toilet leaking, the extent of the damage, and how to fix it. He answered all of our questions and concerns thoroughly and provided a reasonable estimate. After proceeding with the fixes and pulling the floor back, we discovered multiple layers of old tile and tons of mold (I thought about sharing the photo but it’s too gross lol). Despite the work being more extensive, Luke did a thorough job of eradicating the mold and still finished the job within the timeframe he set and with great detail. He even painted our vent grate to match the new floor. We highly recommend The Good Life Home Maintenance Solutions.
