I have always used "Mom 'n Pop" cleaning services, and they've worked OK. Not "Wow" like, but acceptable. Our current house, however, has a LOT of travertine floor space, and this last time when using a "Mom 'n Pop" and the cleaner came in with nothing more than small mop and small bucket, I knew I needed to make a change.What I liked about Tidy Boys was that they are indeed guys who either truly enjoy what they're doing or at least give you that impression, vs. often getting haggard, unsmiling cleaners who are merely going through the motions. I loved that they had a commercial floor cleaner. They even discovered that our Keurig drip tray has these small gnat bugs in the tray under the stainless steel cover!They were thorough, pleasant to be around and happily put up with our 3-month old puppy. Yes, they are more expensive than my previous "Mom 'n Pop" services, but I will most likely have them come again.

This was my first time using a cleaning service and was very impressed. Phil and Kayla were very thorough. Since I wasn’t having the whole house cleaned they even took some time to clean the fridge and oven. I was a tad reluctant, thinking a cleaning service was just gonna be paying for cleaning that we could’ve done but they did a way better job! When I got home and asked my wife how it went she said she would’ve definitely still been cleaning well after they’d left. We’re definitely gonna use them again, and they were 50% less than the other estimate I got.

Update: Awesome team - very thorough - did great job - answered questions and went above and beyond to change bulbs in tall ceiling light on first deep clean visit. Have had monthly visits since when in town and company was very understanding when rescheduling or cancelling when out of town longer than expected.
