Great place to go get meats and other items you'd never find in stores. Prices are great and its the best place I've found since moving here from Louisiana. Fried okra, alligator, sea bass, frog legs, shrimp.! This place has it all and the prices are well beyond reasonable. Specialty sausages are the best!

Our son and daughter-in-law introduced us to your shop after they moved to Chattanooga. Once we tried the lemon chicken thighs and the chicken breast we were hooked! We have cooked several recipies using the chicken. Now, we can't go back to store bought chicken. We bring our ice chest to Chattanooga when we visit!

Don's Meat Shop is amazing. He has been in the grocery industry and a butcher for over 40 years. The store has all the best cuts of meat, including my favorite, Ribeye. They have plenty of different types of meat, ground beef, hot dogs, sausages. All made in house.

Great cuts; delicious chuck roast that is just leagues above store-bought, and the all beef hotdogs have such a robust flavor. Can't recommend this local business more highly. And the farmer's market next door is a great quick-stop for any veggies you need, plus they have a little playground for 7 y.o. or less in the back.

Wonderful experience! We drove from Ooltewah to try this place after hearing so many great things, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The quality and marbling of the meat are truly top tier. I used to be the GM of a very high-end butcher shop in Atlanta, so I’m not easily impressed but this place delivered. I would recommend it to anyone who really cares about the quality of the meat they’re eating. It’s also a great bonus that there’s a farmers market right next door!
