Great cuts; delicious chuck roast that is just leagues above store-bought, and the all beef hotdogs have such a robust flavor. Can't recommend this local business more highly. And the farmer's market next door is a great quick-stop for any veggies you need, plus they have a little playground for 7 y.o. or less in the back.

Wonderful experience! We drove from Ooltewah to try this place after hearing so many great things, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The quality and marbling of the meat are truly top tier. I used to be the GM of a very high-end butcher shop in Atlanta, so I’m not easily impressed but this place delivered. I would recommend it to anyone who really cares about the quality of the meat they’re eating. It’s also a great bonus that there’s a farmers market right next door!

First started shopping here in the mid 1970s with the current Don’s dad and mom. Went back in yesterday and got a couple of steaks and I have to say they were absolutely delicious. Thank you for being there.
