I cannot thank the owner of Let's Celebrate enough for the beautiful job she did creating a most classy retirement balloon stack for my husband's retirement. She was so personable & took the time to assist me in making it exactly what I wanted and the feedback & complements were all raves!!! She delivered on-time along with her beautiful sweet mother and even assisted me in setting up another display. Can't recommend her company enough!!!

I don’t live in Jacksonville but my brother does. He was in a rehabilitation hospital and I wanted to send balloons. I chose Let’s Celebrate after seeing their website. I called and talked to Stephanie, the owner. She was great! Helped me decide what to send and even asked about his favorite teams (gators) and colors. She had a gator balloon and put together the perfect bouquet and delivered the balloons herself. She even sent me pictures of the balloons before she delivered them and another one with my brother. I appreciated her patience, efficiency and kindness. It made everything so easy from far away.

I came home from open-heart surgery to a surprise delivery—bright, beautiful Get Well balloons. I didn’t order them. Someone just cared enough to send joy my way. That simple gesture lifted my spirits more than words can say. It reminded me what real care looks like—and Let’s Celebrate made it unforgettable.

I definitely see why the owner, only gets 5 for reviews. I am in another state, asking the owner to deliver a bouquet of balloons, on the same day, and she made it happen for me. The bouquet of ballon's are beautiful.👏🏼 I wish she had a business close to me and all over the US. The owner is friendly, patient, polite, kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about her business, of making a customer satisfied. Thank you so much Ms Stephanie, for making the person you are delivering flowers to, in a hospital, very happy, including myself. May God Always bless you, your family, and business!🙏🏼❤️

Talk about a life saver!! Since the big party store closed I didn’t know where to go for custom balloons and festive decorations, but we’re so lucky to have found Let’s Celebrate Balloon Boutique. The owner is onsite, creative and responsive. We walked in and she took our order and filled it making suggestions along the way. They have balloons for every occasion and they even have a 360° Photo Booth for rent! We were able to do a demo in the store and it was really fun dancing under the ballon arches. The store is in a plaza with ample parking. We were provided bag covers to help transport the balloons, but with enough notice they also offer delivery which is a great option for large orders. Very grateful for this experience and happy to find a balloon store with balloons of all color and size to choose from.

If you want your balloons to be more than just balloons, this is definitely the place to go. Their attention to detail really stands out, and I loved being able to choose all the little things. Whether you want something small or something huge, they put in the same amount of effort, and everything turns out great—bouquets, garlands, arches, all of it. I only got a small bouquet, but looking around the shop at their past projects (which they reuse as décor to reduce waste) really showed how much passion they put into their work. They’re also some of the nicest and most genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.

The sweetest owners that go above and beyond and out if their way in customer satisfaction.Such an amazing job. went above and beyond in getting them delivered back to our house after my daughter's party. To add, I called the day before and wasn't expecting them to be ready the next day for my daughter's party. I will forever be grateful in the effort put in to make a huge arch the night before to make my daughter's day special. Thank you so much!!
