When there was inadvertently some ancillary damage (which there often is with construction), they immediately took full accountability and repaired the damage and even upgraded a couple of things, without any awkward or difficult conversations. Big State did a great job on my roof replacement. Brian and/or Gentry were on the job site at all times making sure the job was being done to Big State's high standards. Little things make a big difference. For example Brian would check the nail gun settings periodically to ensure that the nails seated just right, no enough force and the nail would not seat properly, too much force and the nail might tear the shingle.
