Had 2 roof leaks with damaged decking. They repaired leaks with new wood decking, and installed 2 solar roof vents which made my home more comfortable by reducing hot air from the attic. Great job.

When I called Big State to come check the leak in my roof, I was pleasantly surprised that he came right out in the time frame promised. He got up there and looked at it. He did not try to give a quote without looking which is common out here. He was clear about what he was doing. He gave me the chance to look up the brand and color of the original shingles so they would match. He called me back with the scheduled time and they showed up as promised. They came, did the job, and cleaned up and left in the amount of time he said it would take. Also, they did not do any mysterious price hiking that is so common. It is already a nightmare for me if you need to call a roofer, but if I ever have to call again, I will 1000% call Big State to come out. He did a great job and I have zero hesitation recommending him to anyone who needs roof help.

When we first learned that our home would need a completely new roof following a hail storm, we were very overwhelmed with trying to understand the insurance adjusters assessment of the damage. Ken was extremely helpful in reviewing the claim with us, section by section, to help us understand what our options were.We shopped around and received 10 estimates from different roofing companies in Bryan/College Station and absolutely no one even got close to the quote that Ken and his team gave us. After receiving not so good news that insurance was not able to give us very much, Ken gave us the best possible price for such a high quality roof. Excellent work. A wind storm dropped a tree on top of my house seriously damaging the roof, gutters, and some interior walls. Big State did a new roof, replaced damaged gutters and repaired the interior. The quality the work was great. They also left everything clean when completed. Would highly recommend.
