I will preface this that I am a pizza snob raised in New Jersey/New York. I thought the ratio of sauce to cheese was spot on, and there was certainly plenty of pepperoni. The outer rim was cooked well and the dough both chewy and delicious. However, the bottom of the pie was not crispy at all. As I make my own pizza dough, it’s usually a high hydration ratio That leads to this. I know that the oven is very hot and it cooked the top of the pizza perfectly leaving it in longer. You run the risk of burning the entire pie. I think if you drop your hydration by 5 to 10% you might come up with the best dough.

Ordered take out for the first time this evening and very impressed! The ordering process was simple and the wait for 2 pizzas was about 20 minutes. Not too shabby if you ask me. I really liked that the production line was right out in the midst of it all, which gave it a more personable atmosphere. The pizzas were delicious and the crew was amazing. Definitely coming again!

Our AirBnB suggested stopping at Pizzas & Cream in their pamphlet. After reading their story on their website, we could not resist! We LOVED the meat and merlot pizza. We also had a classic cheese for the child (she gave a thumbs up) and tried the BLT. The BLT was great, but not ideal to reheat during our stay (which is totally on us). Definitely recommend for a beautiful backstory and a unique experience! Delicious!
