We had some remodeling done in our basement and a bump out added to our home in the spring of 2025. It was a big project handled entirely by Pro Finish LLC. I think the price was good for what we got.We're mostly happy with how it turned out, but it was kind of bumpy getting there. The initial agreement had an estimate of 14-17 days for the basement and 45-60 days for the dining room extension (weather permitting). It actually took over 120 days total. Some things were added to the project, but not anywhere close to doubling in scope, and I don't think the weather caused significant delays.Along the way there were several failed electrical inspections, both floors they replaced had to be redone (and were redone by their guys, much better the second time), and other things had to be reworked - unnecessary fire alarms were installed and removed and a heating vent was covered by sheetrock. We had crews here that didn't speak English so communication was sometimes difficult (although it was excellent with Carlos and Nelson - this is where they excel). After the project was considered complete they had to come back to fix a few things, which they did quickly and without compliant.Like I said, we're mostly happy with how it turned out, and happy with the cost, but it could have gone smoother.

Everyone working on my project was excellent. They arrived on time and were very meticulous on the details. My bathroom was completed on time and turned out much better than we expected. I would highly recommend them and use them for any future remodel projects in the future.

We had Pro Finish add a wet bar to our basement, as well as drywall and finish a workout room for us. Both turned out great, and my vision was brought to life. Nelson handcrafted our custom cabinetry for the bar, and it looks absolutely amazing paired with the soapstone countertops and champagne bronze hardware. The gym is modern, sleek, and functional. Very professional and courteous and mindful of our home and our kitty (who loves to supervise) Prices are not low, but quality is high. Definitely would recommend.

100% recommend this company. Carlos and his team were great. I replaced my front door and storm door due to the wear and tear. They were patient with me while the materials took time to arrive; due to me ordering the wrong size door. Communication was great. Price was great. Will definitely use them again for my next project.
