Communication and coordination before, during, and after the project was excellent. Carlos, Scott, and Nelson really want to make sure the customer is satisfied and work hard to meet their expectations. The work was well done. I have a beautiful space and our rodent issue should be resolved now. Thank you!

Nelson and his team did a great job! They were quick, efficient, and easy to work with. They got the job done faster than expected and did a great job with the results. We’re really happy with their work and would definitely recommend them!

Pro Finish tiled and finished my master shower and they did a great job. What they charged was reasonable. They did the work well and in a timely manner. I will work with them for other projects in the future.

Pro finish installed an epoxy floor in my garage and after about three weeks, it began peeling off in certain areas. I spoke to the boss Carlos, who said don’t worry I think the problem is actually with the composition of your floor, but we can do a different type of adhesive and this should not happen again. He kept his word and about 10 days later he sent a crew to remove the initial epoxy floor and replace it with a second floor with a different type of adhesive.. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the workmanship and the honor and integrity of the company in installing an entirely new floor at no extra cost to me. They were no hassles or disputes regarding the situation. I would strongly recommend this company because of their workmanship and their integrity..APG MD

The work was high quality and costs reasonable. It did take longer than expected as the workers only worked partial days.

Pro Finish did an amazing job with the floor in our son’s room. Everyone we dealt with start to finish was extremely professional and understood our urgency in getting the carpeting removed and a waterproof floor being installed. This project was completed within one day. The entire process was completely transparent and I would definitely use them again. They stand behind their work and they truly care about the customers they serve.

Carlos and his team are the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. The communication, the kindness and the detail/follow-through were above and beyond at a great price. Our new shower looks absolutely amazing and I’m so so happy with the results! The next time I need a project done, they’re my go-to, hand down.

We had some remodeling done in our basement and a bump out added to our home in the spring of 2025. It was a big project handled entirely by Pro Finish LLC. I think the price was good for what we got. We're mostly happy with how it turned out, but it was kind of bumpy getting there. The initial agreement had an estimate of 14-17 days for the basement and 45-60 days for the dining room extension (weather permitting). It actually took over 120 days total. Some things were added to the project, but not anywhere close to doubling in scope, and I don't think the weather caused significant delays.Along the way there were several failed electrical inspections, both floors they replaced had to be redone (and were redone by their guys, much better the second time), and other things had to be reworked - unnecessary fire alarms were installed and removed and a heating vent was covered by sheetrock. We had crews here that didn't speak English so communication was sometimes difficult (although it was excellent with Carlos and Nelson - this is where they excel). After the project was considered complete they had to come back to fix a few things, which they did quickly and without compliant.Like I said, we're mostly happy with how it turned out, and happy with the cost, but it could have gone smoother.

We recently hired Pro Finish LLC to finish our unfinished basement and turn it into a family room, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Carlos Hernandez and his Pro Finish LLC crew were professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took seldom-used storage space and transformed it into a bright, functional, and inviting living area that our family now uses every single day.During the entire process, they provided excellent service, including their craftsmanship, cleanliness, and dedication to the timeline. What really stood out was their communication with us. They provided us with a link to their Pro Finish Project Tracker that was updated daily with their progress and next steps. Questions during the process were answered quickly, and additional quotes were provided before any new work began. If you are looking for a reliable, skilled contractor for basement renovation, I highly recommend Pro Finish LLC. They truly turned our vision into reality!Mark S

An amazing job by the team on a basement and bathroom renovation. Very communicative, on-time, and professional. 10/10.

We had Pro Finish add a wet bar to our basement, as well as drywall and finish a workout room for us. Both turned out great, and my vision was brought to life. Nelson handcrafted our custom cabinetry for the bar, and it looks absolutely amazing paired with the soapstone countertops and champagne bronze hardware. The gym is modern, sleek, and functional. Very professional and courteous and mindful of our home and our kitty (who loves to supervise) Prices are not low, but quality is high. Definitely would recommend.

100% recommend this company. Carlos and his team were great. I replaced my front door and storm door due to the wear and tear. They were patient with me while the materials took time to arrive; due to me ordering the wrong size door. Communication was great. Price was great. Will definitely use them again for my next project.

Cannot express how happy we were with the entire team of Pro Finish. They completed a major home renovation ( bedroom expansion, bathroom update, sunroom conversion) and the team was so helpful and patient with me and my questions throughout the process. They maintained constant communication daily with process and provided valuable suggestions. Couldn’t recommend more!

I was very pleased with the responsive and continuous communication I received. Carlos did a fantastic job managing all parts of the project promptly and ensuring I was happy with the final results. ProFinish did a bathroom remodel for us and finished our basement. Although the work took longer than anticipated, we are very pleased with the results. Carlos was always responsive and his team made several custom cabinets for our spaces. We found their prices to be on par with others. We truly felt that Carlos wanted us to be happy and he demonstrated that throughout the projects. If we could do 4.5 stars, we would do that only due to the length of time our project took

Carlos and team refinished our garage a year after they quoted due to a delay in our construction. They jumped right in. Refinished and evened out a very damaged floor from 1981. Did all new drywall and ceilings. Job looks great. They worked independently and we did not have one issue with the team. They finished the floor with an apoxy floor. I am very picky on my garages and they made it look the absolute best they could! Will be using them for other projects for sure. Treating your customers with kindness also goes a long way when you are investing so much money into these home renovations.

I am so thankful to Carlos and his teamRudy and Erick. I had a situation where the upstairs Apt leaked into my bathroom.Carlos' team stayed with me throughout the entire ordeal, even fixing the problem for the owner, who refuses to take responsibility and reimburse me. They were always on time, humble, helpful, cleaning up before they left each day. I would recommend this company for your home repairs.

2025-08-19T18:12:06.967Z

I hired them for a crown molding job in my kitchen. The cost was high compared to the other quotes I’d received from other companies but the speed at which they were available and completed the work was better than any other company I’d spoken to. They were available to come out within a few business days and were super responsive and on time. If cost is not a huge concern you will receive the results you’re looking for and be satisfied with the results.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Pro Finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.A huge thank you to Francisco, who was absolutely amazing to work with. He listened to our ideas, guided us through the design process, and made sure every detail came out exactly the way we envisioned. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness made the entire experience enjoyable. The craftsmanship is excellent—our white cabinets and stained island look stunning, and the quartz countertops and herringbone backsplash tie everything together beautifully. Every detail, from the gold hardware to the pendant lighting, feels thoughtfully done.We now have a light, airy kitchen that’s perfect for family life and entertaining. Friends and family constantly compliment the space, and we couldn’t recommend Pro Finish—and especially Francisco—more highly to anyone looking for quality remodeling work.

Absolutely Outstanding Work!I recently had my entire basement remodeled by Pro Finish LLC, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Carlos and his team were absolutely phenomenal — professional, detail-oriented, punctual, and extremely respectful of my home. This was a full-scale basement remodel in Gaithersburg, and they completely transformed the space into something beautiful, functional, and high-quality.Carlos himself was incredibly knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my ideas and brought so many great suggestions that improved the project overall. Every step of the way, I felt informed and involved, which gave me great peace of mind. The crew was exceptional — they worked efficiently, kept everything clean and organized, and their craftsmanship was top-notch. The drywall work, paint, flooring (they installed luxury vinyl plank that looks stunning), lighting layout, and even the bathroom rebuild were all done with precision and great care. They also handled all plumbing and electrical work with professionalism, passing inspections without a hitch. What really impressed me was their dedication to doing things right. There were no shortcuts taken, and their attention to detail was unmatched. They treated my home as if it were their own, and that level of pride in their work really shows in the final result.I highly recommend Pro Finish LLC to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and honest contractor. If you want quality work, transparency, and a team that truly cares — look no further than Carlos and his amazing crew. My basement is now one of my favorite areas of the house thanks to them!Thank you again, Carlos and team, for your incredible work and professionalism!
