I have recently participated in Julie's "Forget Diets, Eat What You Want" course. I guess I was possibly expecting to come away having lost a lot of weight, while still being able to eat chocolate, cake & all those naughty little things we tend to love. However, this course is not a DIET or WEIGHT LOSS course, in fact it's as far from being a Diet course as you can possibly get. I have learned so much about myself, the beliefs I have grown up with around food, and also around the way I am towards myself too. We tend to treat others much better than we treat ourselves. We would never tell a friend or family member that they are fat, ugly, hopeless or worthless, yet a lot of us look in the mirror & do that daily.This course has been more than just working on changing my eating processes, it's been a life coaching lesson too.I was sceptical to be using hypnotherapy, & worried that when I heard Julie's voice I'd instantly turn into a chicken, but surprise surprise that didn't happen & the hypnotherapies I have had & continue to use have had a very positive affect on me.I could not recommend this course highly enough. The bonus is having Julie be your mentor for 12 weeks. She is bubbly, has a real passion & happiness for all life has to offer. She wants to share the love & the knowledge that she has with everyone & her smile is infectious!Thank you Julie, it has really been an honour to work with you for the past 12 weeks xx
