UPDATE TO REVIEW: I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER, I WAS A NEIGHBOR AND THEY KILLED ALL OF MY PLANTS AND GOT SPRAY ALL OVER MY CAR FROM A DISTANCE, PROVING HOW UNSAFE THEIR CHEMICALS ARE. THEY ALSO REFUSE TO PROVIDE ANY INSURANCE INFORMATION AND HAVE BLOCKED MY NUMBER!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE TREES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD ARE ALSO LOSING ALL OF THEIR LEAVES. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! They washed my neighbors roof, oversprayed like crazy, it got all over my car and my plants. There was so much chemical residue in the air that my nose and eyes were burning and my children did not want to be outside because it smelled like pure bleach. I have been an avid gardener for years. I looked outside within 20 minutes of them arriving and all of my plants were dying. They refused to accept responsibility for what they did, claimed they never overspray, and told me my plants would recover and to calm down. See photos... my plants did not recover. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, USE HARSH CHEMICALS, AND DO NOT PROTECT YOUR THINGS OR YOUR NEIGHBORS THINGS. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE.

Don't use this company if your roof is old or if you have plants. We spoke to Simon prior to book and explained we have fruit trees and ther plants al around the house. He assured us that the chemical he uses would not damage the plants. He never actually stated what chemical it was. Turns out he uses some type of chlorine which ruined all our plants. Ally he leaves got burned with the chemical. The smell of chlorine has been left behind lingering for days, that's how strong it was. He uses soft wash method, meaning there's no pressure, so if your roof is old and dirty, this method does clean it properly. There's always dirt and residue left. He even fell from the ladder because he was going up with things on both his hands, so wasn't able to hold on to the ladder. He fell and broke our guava tree. No being careful and having security for his own safety. Honestly we are very disappointed with the service.

I received multiple quotes to do a soft wash on my roof. All the quotes were the same price. I chose this company because instead of just getting a text with a price I received a professional quote via email and a phone call explaining the process and the warranty.They are very nice and did a great job! They even helped me move all my potted plants back after the soft wash, which was a huge plus!! Great company and great people!! Highly recommend! Soft wash Roof cleaning - Sunrise.

I reached out via instagram and received a response within minutes and then followed up with a call shortly after to provide a quote. I live in Miramar and they came out next day to clean my gutters, roof and windows. Excellent job!
