So far, we’ve worked with Justin for our water leak on our “third” floor. He has been very communicative, and he has explained each part of the process so far (mitigation). The work has been done timely and he’s met every goal he’s set to get us fully dried out on virtually 3 floors. He’s careful with our belongings and extremely conscientious. I’ll be back to continue my review once the reconstruction team takes over. I am confident the next steps will go smoothly and more than satisfied!!!!

We used UWRG after some flooding in our kitchen. Justin came out quickly to give us an estimate, was communicative throughout the process, and made us feel like a high priority (even though I think our job was considered a small one). He was even sweet to and patient with our two toddlers. Our insurance also required additional documents and resending of pictures and they were troopers through it all, getting those documents sent quickly. We hope to never have to use them again, but if we ever were in need of their services again, they’d be at the top of our list.

Consultation and walk-through were prompt, considerate, and valuable. Best of all the consultation and inspection were free. Due to the difficulty and necessity of cleaning up damage to the individual pieces of furniture which needed Restoration, they referred me to a more specialised Restoration company. The only negative was that they were not able to handle the level of restoration required and had to refer me out. Best of all the consultation and inspection were free.

After a freak flood on Halloween, I called and they came within 45 minutes. They were so helpful, great to communicate with, and were so easy to work with. They got the problem under control. 10/10 would recommend.
