System is affordable and totally worth it if you’re looking to prevent damage and prolong anything that has water running through it. Cody is really great, super nice guy, he made the entire process very easy. David (who did the install) was also just phenomenal. Whole thing was done within an hour and a half max, with usable water within another hour. I LOVE that they offer a lifetime warranty, not a few years, and there's no constant purchasing of filters - they supply everything. Overall, very happy with my experience. Ill update after a year if there are any issues but I highly doubt I will, considering the service they provide. 10/10

We just had our water refiner and reverse osmosis system installed 4 days ago. We have lived in our house for 5 years and I could say that since the installation, we felt the difference of the feel, odor, and taste of the water compared to the last 5 years we have been living in the home. The water feels softer, the same soap we have been using creates more bubbles, the chlorine smell is gone, and there is no more after taste even from the fridge water. We thank Cody and the installers for the smooth process from the beginning. Cody was informative, pleasant, and he gave the best price among all the quotations we got. We appreciate the discounts and the professionalism!

Update on previous positive review. Jake, our salesman who we really liked has now ghosted us after we called with problems with our water treatment system that’s 3 months old. Lots of silt floating around from the reverse osmosis system, shower water causing rashes, and salt leveled in tank not dropping, etc. Called the number on Google and got someone who said absolutely no problem, they’d have someone come out and check it out, that never happened either. Ghosted by this company. Don’t buy a water treatment system from them. Very disappointing because they talk such a good game while they’re in your house for the consultation. It got awkward while Jake sat there at our table and asked my wife and I to both leave a review before he left. Thought it was weird bunny, because I liked him, but now the true colors are showing. Go with a different company.

Great experience with Cody! He explained everything so clearly! We had numerous plumbers come out before him and none of them tested our water. He did a water test and was the first one to actually explain the difference between a water softener and refiner. The installation happened the next day and was seamless. We noticed the difference right away. Hair and skin feels amazing! Sooo happy with our decision!

Their installer, David, is a pro at installing softeners and RO’s… don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. Zero water spots on shower doors, etc and cleanest water… pull the trigger.

Nevada Water Treatment came to us through a referral. Cody showed up at our home and explained the benefits of the water refiner system they're selling. He was patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Price was the lowest by far of all the whole-house systems we saw and included free installation. We set up an appointment two days later, and David and his assistant showed up promptly to install the water refiner. The following week, Cody came back to re-test our water to prove that the system is working as expected. We already felt the difference in the shower! Excellent customer service and product!
