I had a great experience with Nevada Water Treatment. Brian was my sales rep and he was very professional and personable. He answered a lot of questions and even put me in contact with the owner, Cody, to give even more information. I ask a lot of questions in general and they were both very patient and understanding the whole way through. They gave me a great deal too. They took my call, did the sale and the installation all in one day on a Saturday. The technician who did the install was very friendly and professional as well. He gave a thorough explanation of what I needed to do to be ready for my drinking water. He was in and out in less than an hour. What makes this company different than the rest is their customer service and their price point relative to their quality, and their lifetime warranty (materials and labors covered).

I would give more stars if possible! Jake made this experience with purchasing filters and a water softener system very easy. He was very through and professional. He's also genuinely just a really friendly and good guy. Since moving into my new home just a week ago I have had dozens of people knocking at my door and he stood above the rest. I am more than satisfied with the service provided. Our installer Brennan was awesome as well. The work he performed is extremely professional and he was very knowledgeable on all of the equipment installed. Could not recommend enough.
