I’ve attended warmspine(ben) classes before at another yoga studio and really appreciated his thoughtful teaching style and attention to detail. He places a strong emphasis on posture and alignment, and you can tell he puts a lot of care into how he structures his classes.Recently I’ve also been seeing a lot of interesting content on Instagram and noticed the variety of classes being offered, including wheel, posture and alignment, and other specialised practices. I also love that he creates additional experiences for students, even designing handpan music for the classes, which is such a unique touch.It’s exciting to see all the creative things happening at the studio, and I’m looking forward to visiting and trying a class there in person soon.

Warmspine (Ben) is really good in his craft! His beginner class is carefully tailored to multi needs and levels. He takes care of his students well and makes sure everyone is in their best forms and state of mind. Been to several yoga studios in SG over the years; this has got to be the best. My family and I love instructor Pei Qing's classes. There's a broad variety of moves covered from month to month, challenging us to stretch muscles we didnt even know existed. The place is compact, but neat and clean. Robin who manages the membership aspects provide prompt and wonderful support too. Highly recommended.

I did two back-to-back classes; Introduction to Yoga and Hatha by Edwin. I enjoyed both very much and yay to being able to do a headstand (many thanks to Edwin for the guidance)! Not to mention the studio facilities (e.g. toilet, shower and locker room) and support staff are top notches. Plus, there are many food choices around the area for a good meal after class.

It's a go-to, comfort and inclusive studio for me. It's not too big or pretentious. It's a simple studio with lockers, water dispensers, toilet, shower room and all the equipments provided like blocks, straps, knee pads ect. The receptionist team always make you feel welcome and the instructors are always motivating and helpful. I always feel stress free and rejuvenated here :)

They have a few really good instructors here! I love classes conducted by Kai and Zenn! The instructors are always very encouraging and motivating. Always on standby to watch and correct your poses and are very consistent for each and every of their classes conducted. I’m always greeted by my name by the staff! Healthtinity is my go-to place for well-being. I do yoga and get yoga therapy here.I have chronic back pain, numbness and pain on my leg when I stand and walk. These pains have caused a lot of inconvenience in my daily life. I can’t queue to pay my groceries, buy food because I can’t stand more than approximately 15mins, commute to work was another challenge. I went for acupuncture and massage every week; however, my condition did not improve much so I decided to try yoga.I was searching for a suitable yoga centre that is conveniently located and found Healthtinity. Not only the location, I like the pace of the classes, warmness from the team and the teachers. Teachers are patience and knowledgeable.I shared my physical condition with the yoga teacher, and she recommended me to try yoga therapy.During the consultation, I was diagnosed with sciatica pinched nerve.I started my therapy in mid Jun 23, after the 4th session, I noticed that the duration and frequency of numbness in my foot reduced tremendously. Now, 6 months in the therapy, coupled with suggested diet, home practice and yoga, my back & leg pains are no longer so intense. I went for the trial sessions and by the third session, made up my mind to sign on for more classes with Healthtinity. The reasons were simply as follows: the friendly and experienced instructors who will 'push' you to try a little more, the variety of lessons offered, the challenging and yet fun lesson content, and the lovely boutique yoga centre! The place exudes positive vibes right from the reception staff (who will amazingly remembered your name and greeted me warmly on my second visit) to the instructors and even regular members whom I have met for the first time. I even brought my hubby for a one to one Yoga therapy session with Master Kai for his left back and knee problem and miraculously in one session, the pain was gone and you could see the unbelievable look on my hubby's face. Healthtinity will definitely be my number one go-to place for my regular exercise workout!
