If you are looking for the highest quality constuction regarding buildings that are commercial, residential, or even outdoor living areas, then Classic Concepts is your one stop shop! They will only build high quality stuff and will not take short cuts. Tim built our commercial building in Keller and did a phenomenal job. He then brought on Bryan whose building expertise is unmatched. Now Bryan and Tim are building us a new garage with a mother-in-law suite as well as a cabana by the pool. They are easy to work with and it has been a pleasurable experience throughout the building process watching my dream home come to life.

Brian is the most helpful contractor I have ever worked with. He came in and helped finish our new build after our builder walked off the job. He has done many projects for us after the sell as well. All his subs are top notch- couldn’t be more happier with the outcome of each of our projects.

Tim and the Classic Concept team are amazing. They helped me all the way from land selection to finished product. We built a 6000 sq ft free standing building with a ton of crazy electrical and plumbing. The whole project flowed well without a hitch. Afterward we had very few issues but anytime I asked for help they were there with a prompt solution. Highly recommended!

Honest, trustworthy, likable, responsive, and do what they say and will stay and do whatever it takes until you’re satisfied. They treat you the way they would want to be treated. Reasonable estimates and no big adjustments at the end of the project unless you make some wide turns from the original plans. But you will always know where you are with your budget. Tim Curlee & Bryan Prouty at Classic Concepts Development are just sincere and hardworking guys.My husband and I inherited my childhood home and it was quite a time warp. In 2022 we did a major reno in all of the common areas and moved in about 3 months later. We are talking multiple major transformations. New kitchen with pantry, knocked out walls, raised sunken living room, busted out a 35sf brick back to back fireplace, and all new ceiling and wall texture, paint, floors, doors, trim, fixtures, etc. It was as if we built a custom home with them.We trusted Tim & Bryan so much, we decided to work with them again on Phase II. We are mid project at this time. We are about to start the primary bedroom/bath, laundry, 1/2 bath, bar & our existing sunroom to be more like an extension of the house rather than extension of the outdoors.They have completed a full gut full size guest bath, replaced previous siding to stucco on the exterior, new windows, paint and replaced so much rot that comes with a 50 yo home.Let me say, the new front path walk and mailbox are show stoppers.They have some excellent subs they work with and things are on track and expect to be through in a couple of months in time to have my house back for the holidays. And yes, me, my husband and dogs are living in the home during all of this major reno and I work from home. So far, so good! Talk about accommodating the home owners. They have made it as pain free and keeping things as neat and clean as possible. There has been great attention to detail which I appreciate as we don’t have any previous experience working with contractors much less what to look out for in a major renovation.Has everything gone perfectly to plan with zero hiccups? Of course not but show me one remodel that has been. One of the best custom home builders in DFW by far. There are no random upcharges or surprises like they said and they finished on time! I highly recommend them!
