Una vez mi caso fue terminado no me llamaron para informarme ,yo tuve que llamar y preguntar y me lleve la noticia que “ yo ya no tenía ningún caso con ellos y que me habían quedado tal y como llegué “ una vez pagas ya no les interesa tu caso. Si no te aseguran nada no agarres un caso con ellos busca alguien que si te ayude y tome tu caso como prioridad no como un verdugo.

One of the most critical issues was her failure to thoroughly review his background, including his prior entries into the U.S., which showed up in his fingerprints. This oversight resulted in his residency application being denied due to a prior ban she did not account for — something that could have been addressed had she done a more thorough job.Because of this, she also missed the chance to reapply for his military parole in place, leaving my dad without legal work authorization. As a result, he has been unable to work for several months.Communication throughout the process was also lacking. She rarely reached out, never met with my parents in person, and when she delivered the bad news, she showed no real effort to help or offer next steps.
