Last part of May, I was on the road visiting family, and working a college track meet. I couldn’t get a lot of time stretching and getting my walking in like I do at home. I started having severe pain in my lower back and hip even clear down to my ankle. Walking was painful .. Monday I went in and tried the Red Light Therapy was able to see Dr. Nick who straightened a few things up but the muscles were still aching and very painful. On Tuesday I had my workout schedule with Kate and we just worked on various stretches with couple different balls and finished up with some band stretches. That helped relieve a lot of soreness. My next and final stop was a date with Hailey for a deep tissue massage. She even tried the massage cupping. If you have not tried that in your massage you need to. Last night I was a bit sore but used my roller . Today.. I got up a bit stiff did the exercises Kate gave me and have not had trouble walking all day. Heck I got out to mow my lawn!! No pain I can’t thank them enough for their help and getting me back on my feet. Less
