Great work from Sam and his team at above building. They delivered a beautiful fully renovated home on time and on budget. The team were excellent - approachable, knowledgeable and hardworking. We’d recommend them without hesitation.

Sam and his team oversaw a medium-sized renovation of our home in Freshwater. Building us a new bathroom and laundry, installing new joinery in every bedroom, and lots of other tweaks and improvements (lightening floorboards, painting walls, new skylight, new doors, new lighting etc).Honestly, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. We lived in the house through the renos and his entire team were so professional, punctual and considerate. The level of care and attention has been top-quality. And Sam himself never forgets a conversation, keeps track of everything, and is excellent at managing the financial side of things (even suggesting ways to save money when a few small things ended up costing more). You hear so many horror stories about renos gone wrong - I honestly believe Sam and his team would never let a client down. Couldn't recommend them more highly - they are wonderful.

All round great experience. Working with Sam was a pleasure as his in depth industry knowledge and experience has made the process smooth and seamless. It’s great to find a builder that has my best interest in mind. Have passed on his details to my family and friends.

Thank you Sam for looking after our project. We are very pleased with the results and have enjoyed our new home every minute since. From the initial quote to the prompt response on defects post completion. Your team are great to deal with and always courteous to us and our neighbours. Would happily work on another project again with Above Building. Lawrence
