Choosing Morningside as our venue was easily the best decision we made while planning our wedding. The staff were always friendly and easy to work with, and communication with Morningside was incredibly smooth and pleasant.Our wedding day felt so relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable, thanks to the Morningside team. We greatly appreciate their hard work and support the entire team provided from the initial booking process all the way through to the end of our wedding reception.Our day-of-coordinator, Cleo, was friendly, attentive, and reassuring. If there were any issues behind the scenes, we never knew about them. We felt free to enjoy the day and our timeline flowed seamlessly. Multiple people told us the entire day felt smooth and well-organized.The decor for our December wedding was absolutely perfect. Our guests all commented on how well the space was decorated. We appreciated how little we had to do to make the space feel both beautiful and welcoming. Morningside really had the cozy feeling we were hoping for when we first toured the venue. Several of our guests even took pictures in front of the decorations that have since been featured on their Christmas cards.The food was PHENOMENAL, both during our tasting meeting and the reception. It was almost impossible to decide which entrees to pick because they were all so delicious! The steak and crab cake combo was a homerun that evening: one guest said it was the "best food he'd ever had at a wedding," and he was in his 70s! Also, our signature drinks were frequently and repeatedly complimented, and so many guests have asked for the recipe for their Espresso Martinis.Thank you, Morningside, for all the support and behind-the-scenes work that made our day special. We would definitely recommend Morningside to any future couples!!

They are with you from beginning to end and treat your wedding like their own with care and attention to detail.Morningside Inn is a perfect wedding location for everyone. Downtown Frederick is nearby with great locations for hotels and rehearsal dinner spots.

Our day was absolutely wonderful! Morningside made planning easy. Our coordinator; Shannon, was amazing. From our rehearsal to the actual day it all felt so surreal. The staff were absolutely amazing. I was in complete awe being able to look at everything prior to the ceremony. I keep reliving moments in my head, it all happened so beautifully. Down to the tiniest details, everything was handled wonderfully. We went in without any worry. I can’t recommend this place enough. This place is magical!

Had our wedding at Morningside Inn in October. I couldn't be happier with the experience and venue. Rachael, our onsite planner, was extremely helpful with the planning process from start to finish and Heather, our day of coordinator, was amazing in executing the event and making our day so special. The food was wonderful, I had so many compliments about the dishes served, kudos to the chef. The venue itself is beautiful and we were fortunate to have great weather to top it off. I'd definitely recommend planning your wedding here.

We fell in love with Morningside Inn the moment we drove down their beautiful driveway. It was one of the first venues we visited, and none of the others were as stunning or had staff as helpful as those at Morningside Inn. We made the right choice 100%.Everything went smoothly—if anything did go wrong, the team handled it flawlessly, because I, the bride, didn’t notice a thing. Our photos turned out absolutely stunning thanks to the gorgeous landscape this venue provides.
