When our septic tank catastrophically failed, we were desperate. A local supply company rented us dehumidifiers and fans, and they also suggested several local waste water contractors. Primos Grading was their first recommendation. We had many phone conversations with Nelson at Primos, and ultimately a site visit. While we went with a different company who could respond a couple of weeks sooner, we got to know the Primos people pretty well and really, really appreciated their guidance and suggestions. They were very knowledgeable about all of the challenges installing and repairing septic systems in a very mountainous, rural environment. Primos Grading is an outstanding company with an amazing crew! We can't say enough about the quality of customer service, level of skill and professionalism, attention to detail, open communication, respectfulness and a final product that exceeded our expectations! One example of how they care about their customers occurred on a day a crew-member was excavating near our deck and unearthed a copperhead snake. They called us right away to let us know they tried to remove the snake but it got away. They were concerned for our safety and that of our dogs and wanted us to be careful and aware. Who does that?! We are new home owners in Franklin and were facing some big projects on our property. The long, steep driveway was in disrepair and nearly undriveable with no obvious signs of drainage, the lot was overgrown with shrubs, brush, large dead and dying trees that presented safety concerns, land needed to be graded, as well as a few other property issues to be addressed. When we first met with Nelson and Israel to do a walk through and discuss the potential task at hand we were concerned they wouldn't be able or interested in taking on this project. Prior to Primos, we had discussions with several other local contractors. Many never returned a follow up phone call and a few simply stated they were unable or didn't have the right equipment. We were prepared for a similar response. To our surprise, Nelson accepted the job. We are so thankful, greatful and appreciative that he did. Thank you Nelson, Alberto, Philippe, Israel and the other men assisting them who we are sorry cannot recall their names at this time. We are glad to have met you all and to be recipients of your combined talents. We strongly recommend Primos Grading.
