Kape Tayo was one of only two Huntsville stops that Bethany specifically wanted to visit, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. This Filipino-inspired coffee shop offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and drinks that stand apart from the typical chain coffee experience. Our family sampled three beverages: the Salted Caramel Kape, a Kape Kape with added caramel, and an Ube Kape. Every drink was smooth, flavorful, and expertly prepared. For food, my wife and I ordered the pork siopao while Bethany chose the chicken siopao. Both arrived piping hot, with soft, pillowy buns and savory fillings that paired perfectly with the coffee. The service was friendly, the ambiance inviting, and every item we ordered exceeded expectations. It’s refreshing to find a local café that executes both beverages and light bites so well.Best of all, this was one of the places Bethany most wanted to experience during our trip to Huntsville, and it did not disappoint. Kape Tayo delivered memorable coffee, delicious siopao, and an experience that left all three of us wanting to come back.If you’re in Huntsville and appreciate unique coffee shops, this one deserves a spot on your itinerary.
