Installed new sod and it turned out great. They guarantee sod to not die for one year, but have guidelines you must follow. We have had some dead patches show up due to sprinkler heads not working properly. They came back and replaced the dead spots and corrected the sprinkler head issues for a minimal charge.

We had a sprinkler valve that wouldn’t come on. They found there was a break in the ground wire between the two sprinkler zones and installed a new wire. The sprinkler system operates properly now. I have many other projects around the house. I will be using them to take care of my list.
