The quality of their work really stood out.One issue I encountered was that my balcony screen was damaged during the installation process. I didn't notice it right away since I was advised not to open the sliding door for 24 hours. Once I discovered the damage and reported it to SafeGuard, Christina stepped in and made sure the issue was taken care of. I’m happy to say the screen was ultimately replaced, and I appreciate the follow-through.Despite the hiccup, I’m very satisfied with the final result and the customer service. Went beyond expectations. Ray came over to give us a quote. He was knowledgeable and patient! We chose to go with ESW over PGT after hearing him and doing research. We wanted black windows!
