We had a great first experience at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu! My 4-year-old just started the Mat Munchkins program and had so much fun. He received his uniform on the first day and loved doing the exercises alongside his dad. There were lots of new students, but the instructors kept everything organized and welcoming. We’re excited to keep coming back. No complaints so far!

Fantastic class for young beginners! Our instructor, Troy sensei, has incredible patience and keeps the 3-5 year olds completely engaged. They teach fundamental movements through fun games, helping kids build coordination and confidence in a safe environment. Highly recommend this training center for toddlers!

I have been teaching for over 20 years, and have been working with kids most of my life and it is very hard to WOW me, and Hampton Roads Karate and Jiujutsu has managed to do just that. I am beyond impressed with the way this program operates, and I am just blown away by the atmosphere that they have created for kids of all ages (including adults). Before trying this program out, we had gone to a number of other places and we’re not impressed. Not only did they exceed our expectations, they also did not break the bank. Love you guys!!! ❤️
