We have used Budget Blinds for a few years .They have always been courteous , have good products and honored warranty’s if needed .Adam installed our last few blinds . He was very quick , knowledgeable and. Did a great job .

MELISSA from Budget Blinds ruined our pleasure of buying a new house.We bought our first ever house in Canada and thought to go along with budget blinds. Once we contacted them, Melissa came with their options. We liked dual fabric honeycomb blinds for 3 bedrooms and single fabric honeycomb for the kitchen and living room. We requested all of them with wands.She did measurements and we paid an advance amount on the same day.After a few weeks a guy came to install the blinds and while he was working in our bedrooms, we saw they were not dual fabric. When we questioned him he called Melissa and asked us to call Melissa too. When I called Melissa the reason she said dual fabric is very expensive. But she never did any price comparison in the first place and she is not the person to decide that. She was rushing to end the call and we had no choice than let the guy finish the work as we paid the remaining amount when he came in.As we were very disappointed and expecting dual fabric blinds for bedrooms, we called Melissa again and inquired what went wrong. Then she mentioned dual fabric honeycomb is not available with wands at that time, since we wanted all our bedroom blinds with wands and she decided to go with single fabric. This is something she should have explained to us in very first day. If she told us honestly if it is not available at that time we could have wait for few more weeks as we really wanted them.We were desperate to get a dual fabric blind for our master bedroom as it has a big window and there are houses across the road. Since we got a single fabric black out blind, we can't leave it open as there is no privacy. When we close we have to turn on the lights even during day time.We called Melissa again and requested to replace at least the master bedroom blind with a dual fabric one. She said since there is a miscommunication she will replace that with 50% discount and sent us a quotation of another $ 1000 plus. Since we have already paid nearly 4k with no satisfaction we called Melissa again.This time her tone was different and her true personality was exposed. She said " I got all the documents you guys signed and since there is no mistake from my side I can't do anything else". Yes we signed the documents and expected she would deliver what we had chosen. She asked to sign the documents and mentioned everything what we have discussed in there. We didn't know the particular terms and blindly trusted her and signed them.At very first day she never explained anything clearly as she was busy talking about her personal life. Now we realized her only intention was to get the business done somehow. If not she could have mentioned that the one we liked is not available with wand at that time. Everytime when we called her about our issue, she had different excuses as we mentioned above.After many years of hard work we bought a beautiful house but now we are very disappointed with our bedroom blinds.

This is our 3rd time ordering from budget blinds. It was great working with Malgorzata. She is very good at her job! Adam installed our blind today and I can’t say enough about him! He is very professional and does exceptional work. He not only installed our new blind today but took the time to figure out why our previous blind, the magnet kept undoing. Great job Adam! We definitely will use Budget Blinds again!
