His team was informative and kind and additionally, they utilize a software platform that streamlines the application process well. But do not think that because they use a platform, you won't hear from them. At 1 point when I placed a question via email, 1 team member texted that they'd get right back to me, 1 replied voicemail and another replied to the email, all within minutes.
