I found H2O on Google, and I’m really glad I did. I’ve been managing the chemicals in my pool myself for a while, and it’s been a real headache—testing the water, scrubbing every corner, and maintaining the filters on my own.The main reason I reached out to them is that I’m scheduled for spine surgery next month and won’t be able to do any of the maintenance. When I explained my situation, they scheduled me right away—and to my surprise, the owner showed up with one of his team members. Needed a valve installed to bypass the pool heater when out of service for the winter. Worked with Jeff by phone/text to receive quote and schedule appointment. The two tech’s (Roman and Nazar) that did the work were polite, efficient, and were clear on the parts/repair that would be made. One hour later the bypass and check valves were installed/tested, all trash was removed, and they even painted the piping black for UV protection. I added labels for clarity. Nice clean work.
